I have no idea but I'd have to guess there wasn't a whole bunch ordered that way.

Cleaned on it a little today (should have been working on my 71 Dart) but it appears this car to be a factory Black with blue interior and a 273 4 speed. But I have no idea on the early option tags.

I bought the car with the idea of using some of the 4 speed parts for my 70 Duster project. However some people are about it. So I am going to hold off on pulling the parts off until I decide what to do. Maybe I should just put the 408 in the Valiant... Be a hell of a sleeper...i likey

I know, I keep buying "parts cars" and then end up thinking......Well maybe I should just leave it alone and maybe it will be a "builder" proejct instead.

2 bbl.... I think this car would be really cool painted back nice shiney BLACK with the blue interior. But the original owner didn't like black with the Texas heat so he had it painted the "light sky blue". So I decided to do a quick touch up with MS paint on using the 2 tone theme!!!

In 1965 the Dart with 273 2 barrel had the following production figures with 4 on the floor;
Dart 4 door 25 units Dart 270 4 door 13 units Dart wagon 5 units Dart 270 wagon 19 units
So to my knowledge your Valiant V200 should be around these figures. You have a super rare Valiant. Keep it as orginal as possible. When do you think you will find the next one??

Thanks for the information. I have not pulled any parts off the car since I got it. We did wash it off and clean up the interior. If we ever get to it, I would most likely go back original. I have several other Mopars that I would like to get done first. But it is more likely that I will be selling off a few of them in order to focus on one or two. It started out 4 years ago, wanting ONE Mopar project. Somewhere I got WAY, WAY off track.
