A New Journey Begins.....

Time to spill Da Beans....
« on: November 08, 2007, 09:30:33 PM »

Randy and I are moving to Indiana together....It's time, the plane trips were getting to be too much.  We're both adults and we both know this is right, we love eachother and we want to be together.  Who would have thought that after all I've been thru, that I'd find someone like Randy, and find more happiness than I ever thought I deserved.  I guess there is a light at the end of the tunnel sometimes...We share so many things that we both like...Drag Racing, Sprint Car Racing, Restoring Old Mopars, and lots more.  The place we're moving to is the racing capitol of the country, we've been there several times and both fell in love with the area.  So at the end of the month, we'll be starting our journey to our new home....Thanks BBDart for bringing us together... Cheers

My mom is doing better and will be coming home this week.  She has a good support system and can come and visit anytime she wants, I'll also be back and forth till she's back to 100%.   Wink

Congradulations and I would like to welcome you to the Indy area.

I live on the other side of town but if you need anything just ask. I'm on the west side of town most weekends.

Brownsburg is a nice growing community. There is a cruise in at the K Mart all summer long on Friday nights.

Big cruise in on the east side on Friday nights at Washington Sq. Mall, Nice cruise in in Moorseville also on Friday nights. There are some on saturday nights but not sure about the biggest one. The building has been for sale the past year, may or may not be there in 08

We have some other things to do in town to a small place in Speedway where they go round and round a few times a year for 400 or 500 miles, Clermont has a stright road people just run up as fast as they can and then turn around and drive right back the same way they came. You would think they would know where they were going and just stay home, really something big happens there every labor day weekend. Great Childrens museum (even for adults), Art Museum, shopping, a stupid game they play about 10 times a year with some pig skin and claim they are a young horse and the best of the best last year. Our work release ball players that shoot a round ball thru a net.

We have a fairly good Mopar Club here in town

Check out Indy Mopar Club they have a web site, members from all over central Indiana, monthly club meetings, several car shows a year and X mas party. The club has been invited to have Dodges on the circle the Thursday night before the Brickyard 400, sure would be cool to see the PINK E there in 08

Welcome to town

Thanks Larry, we're actually about 40 miles west of Indy, we'll have to get together cause that Mopar Club sounds like my cup 'o tea....And yeah, we could definately use some help unloading all my stuff once we get it there.  We just bought a new 26ft Haulmark enclosed car trailer to transport the red 63 from california to Indy, then the Chally from here....Randy's picking that up this weekend in Phoenix when he'll be there racing....There's a new pole barn on the property, Randy's going to move his shop there...it will be great to meet all the Mopar Guys in the area...I'll be in touch...
