I have a complete 400 4bbl that is stuck (great core/rebuilder) for $50.00
Add $25.00 ($75.00 total) and I'll strap it to a pallet and load it onto the delivery truck of your chosing.

It is a 1977 casting.
Shipping isn't that cheap on an item like this. When I bought my new 400 long block it cost me $275.00
Maybe you could get a good rate from someone on Uship.com. It may take a while but I had my 1974 Dart Sport shipped 2250 miles for only $600.00. The shipper let me store it in his secured facility for 5 months did not require payment until I picked up the car. It was also not running at the time.

Both me and a friend of mine have purchased Evergreen rebuilt engines/short blocks, they were both 225 Slant sixes but they were fine for stockers and for $650 I couldn't get a stock short block rebuilt for that. I have gotten them through Autozone because they have the best price.
