they look liks a wasye of money to me... ho much weight can they actually save? they look like someone cut a stock are and welded round tube to it... i would just box the lower arm in and forget about that cap stuff... especially for $400.. but hey thats just my opinion.. and the k-frome they are selling... they say 40 pounds lighter then stock ?? i wish they would post actual weights because i find that hard to believe.... its like $1300 and you still need torsion bars.strut rods and a steering box... i just don't see it... if its really that much lighter then stock them maybe some guys that race in the class that say stock suspension but man it looks like a waste of $1300 other then that... i see he has r& p steering not too...

I would have to agree with ABODYJOE. Those lower arms don't look too safe. They might be OK, but do you want to be the one to find out at speed? To save a little weight, use Bill's tubular upper arms and box the stock lowers. Just my 2cts. Willie

I think you may want to reinforce the shock tower when going to coilovers. And it's no big deal to fab a strong mount for the LCA. Willie

i met the owner of cap at the nationals also . him and his son were good guys to talk with but they did make fun of the t-shirt i had on ..... the alluminun strut rods i wouldnt even cansider running on the street but for racing ..ok .. mabe .. the k frame looked ok but i wonderd aboute durability on the street .. i talked the the owners son today he said that reinforcing the shock towers is really important when converting to coil overs but he doesnt sell a kit for but other companys do .. this has been alomost everyones opinion i have talked so for .. i am still looking into this very subject for my 71 dart and havent come up with a decision yet on what to do .. i am considering the lower LCAs for the street they will weld on sway bar tabs for $30 more .. over all i wish santa would bring me a ALTERKATION so i wouldnt have to deal with all this ..
