I like what I see. This could be the way to do a fiberglass bumper.

Did you buy a kit or just buy it in quarts?

How much paint did you use?  Did you try any of the regular high solids clears we typically use on Base Clear systems?

I will probably buy one of these setups but only want to buy enough to try on a dash plastic setup.

That stuff does look pretty cool! I like the examples they show on the site. Painting your Nikes chrome is a bit much, though... lol lol

WOW it goes a long way!

I was thinking about using it for my dash chrome.  If it goes far enough I wanted to do a few sets to make some of my money back.  Basically I want to do enough sets to pay for mine LOL.

One of the threads on this stuff in the off topic section Newbomb Turk said the stuff on the SNS site is not the same stuff that he saw at the demo he went to.  Is there more than one product?   I only want to spend the coin to do this once!  I want to make sure I get the right stuff.

I've been spraying some of my engine parts with Krylon chrome paint since I can't afford to buy new chrome ones.  It's been turning out really good.  I will show you guys pics when everythings on my engine.  I'm sure it wouldn't look good on big parts though.

I've used the Krylon chrome also; it worked pretty good on my badges. Just don't try to clear-coat it; ends up looking like crap for some reason...
