How much different is Moog vs. TRW? There is a big price difference between the two but they are both owned by federal. I need to replace both tie rod ends and want to replace the adjustment sleve at the same time, the price of Moog stuff is just draining my funds.

I'm under the impression the Moog stuff is better quality.

It takes a Mopar to catch a Mopar.

The LCA bushings I ordered came in a Moog box, parts had Harris molded into them. The balljoints and tie rods all had Moog stamped on them.

Both brands use to be top notch, but who know where this stuff comes from these days and how good it is. That said, I have all new Moog front suspension pieces waiting to go on my Lil Red. I would have trusted the TRW name just as well...

It's the same company. TRW makes MOOG chassis parts. Both the "Moog" and "TRW" branded boxes are the "higher quality" part.
