Art, fishing, sledding ( snow machine) , and Classic/Cult movies and cartoons. I introduced my 7 year old to some old sci-fi/horror movies. Frankenstien, The Mummy, Godzilla vs. Megalon etc. He loves them. They are so cheesy. He proceeds to go to school and present for show and tell, the story of Lon Chaney ( Sr. and Jr. ). The other kids just looked at him and said "Huh?". We are both movie buffs. He sure takes after his old man.

Mountain Biking, boating, movies... I have a 20 foot Allison Craft that goes 104 mph. More DVDs than I care to count. I currently ride a Cannondale that I built about 14 years ago. I just ordered a new Gary Fisher with 29" wheels and full suspension. Can't wait to get it.

Just recently, a friend got me interested in Airsoft guns. I got a composite P90. Electric, fully automatic... This thing is a riot.

I'm heavily into pre and postwar Lionel and American Flyer trains and have been for most of my life.  I was going to liquidate some of my collection for retirement but my youngest son took an interest and now will not let me part with any of it.  I also like offshore fishing but have slowed down on that over the last few years.  I also picked up a guitar again recently.

I've seen Richard's collection first hand. I must say, it is quite impressive. I even bought a couple around this time last year! One's sitting right in front of me as a matter of fact! Grin

Lets see... I like to keep busy, so here we go:

- Driving is #1. I drive places just to drive there... I've driven to the Grand Canyon and back, just because I wanted to take a spin. Tongue Road trips are a blast, too, especially since Viv loves road trips as much as I do! Grin

- I'm mostly an out-doors guy. I swim a LOT when it's warm enough, and I frequently go camping, rock climbing, and hiking. When I get the chance, I love hunting, shooting, and snowboarding, but it's hard to find the time/money/place to do that stuff out here. I'm not much of a fisherman... Last time I did that, I had more fun shooting at fish than actually trying to catch one.

- Hanging out with my "crew", spending time with my girl, working out, and getting on B.B.D. is just about it for the stuff I do indoors. I used to build models of cars and airplanes and stuff, but I guess I've grown out of that. Although, I do throw a lot of parties... Roll Eyes I guess that's an indoor activity... Tongue

- But of course, school, work, and Mopars are everything else!

i used to be heavy into fishing, fresh salt whatever. not so much anymore. i have thought about starting a gun collecction and shooting but it hasnt gone much further than a thought.  also was thinking about getting a guitar but again just a thought. im pretty heavy into quariums if i had a nice tall basement id have it set up with aquariums 3 high on every wall. basically my hobbies are spending time with people i care about and general car stuff. want to build a 50s style hot rod out of my 31 essex but well see if that ever happens for now im just driving it as is.

Ok, I know they are Mopars but they're not Darts. The 4-door is my Moms and the TJ is my sisters. I have some better pictures of the TJ and my buddies CJ, but I cant load them onto my car domain for some reason. Huh

The white TJ now has a new bumper and a lift, so it looks alot better than this picture.

Appart from Mopars, I`m into Taekwondo with my son and daughter . My son and I are both 2nd Dan while my 4 year old daughter has just started as a white belt . We all enjoy our summer place on Lake Winnipeg and do alot of outdoor stuff out there including fishing , swimming and boating . And I hope, DRAGRACING ,the strip is only 10 miles from the cottage . I`m also into woodworking when there`s enough time .

I do a fair amount of woodworking in my spare time.  My wife actually likes that hobby cause I make her stuff.  I also do small engine repair on the side (lawnmowers, snowblowers, etc.)
I like to fish and drink beer too.
