I only just spotted that one in their print book recently. Previously, I've only seen the aluminum ones that cost a couple hundy.
For my last car, I made a big disc out of wood 26" in diameter to take all my measurements.

Any good wheel and tire store will have one and measure your car for free! If there's a problem later on, who's gonna be responsible?
