'72-'73 Duster change

Could someone please tell me the difference between the 1971-72 dusters and the 1973 and newer. I've noticed that for example the lift off fiberglass hoods are listed '70-72. Is there any difference in the models?

It would probably fit but the very front of the 73 - 76 hoods have an entirely different shape to them than the 70-72 hoods.  It wouldn't line up correctly with the grille.  If you changed out the fenders, header panel and grille, to 73 peices it would work.

Thanks for the info 75Dart440. I'm not planning on changing my fenders (they're in great shape) I was looking at hoods now I know .

The hood and grill are different but the fenders are the same except for the side marker lights.

and i think there is a small metal tab where part of the front bolts too
