Pretty soon you guys are going to get pretty sick of my questions. As before it is related to a roll bar install. A NHRA tech and my local track owner both said that bent side bars (to clear the armrest) are legal. I also want to keep my speakers.
This is the question.
Instead of running the rear bars from the main hoop through the package tray... can I put in a x brace from the main hoop through the center of the package tray? I will try and show an example... nevermind I cannot draw. Anyway I want to keep the rear bars (x-brace) running along the roofline and then to the trunk so I can keep my backseat and also use my speakers... does that make sense?
ANY help is accepted.
