That's a Grant steering wheel and you need the adapter for your type car.  It doesn't say in the ad if it comes with it.  There's another outfit on ebay selling Grant repop type wheels for MOPAR with the adapters. (rimblow, tuffwheel etc.)  They're not exact but nice looking wheels.  Grant's web site lists them for a little bit cheaper.

Thanks Ski, the Grant also looks a little smaller in diameter which is preferable...the factory unit feels like a bus Smiley

why not just buy a new one with adapter? and hey look it's only 5 bucks cheaper lol just giving you a hard time. The paddock sells this wheel with a 68-72 adapter kit and instead of that pentastar logo horn cap just a plain chrome one. it's 119.95 for the wheel and adapter kit and another 14.95 for that specific horn button:
The wheel:

You can go to Grant web site to see what they have and type in your car to get the correct adapter number.  I was mistaken earlier, the wheels are more expensive if you buy directly from grant.  It was Jegs I saw that has them for much less and there's a couple guys on ebay that sell the whole kits for less also.
