when i bought the 71 swinger im driving it came with a am/fm original 71 or 72 i think,i guess its been restored the guy paid like $300 for it whats it worth?

$75. I picked up my working "Plymouth Solid State" thimbdial radio at a swap meet for $40.

I also paid $300 to have the AM/FM 8 track revuilt in my Olds. Tom Jones at 8 watts of power.  \/][

I'm not trying to be a smart a$$ but it's only worth what someone is willing to pay. I follow ebay and I've seen things sell for more than you can new. Try posting it on ebay with a reserve, see what happens. I've sold some stuff that was headed to the trash at a good price.  I hope this helps.

i sold an AM/FM radio out of my 73 Duster a month ago on E-Bay. I figured about $25.00 but it went for $145. So you never know, there were 9 different bidders so maybe there is a market for them I was surprised.
