after the mini tub process & springs moved in can you run tail pipes out to the rear bumper cause im in wisconsin and anything after 1968  we have to run emmissions w/ exhaust out the rear uness you have an actual T/A car & it sucks because my last BB mopar I had to put cats on to pass & come home & take them off
