I'd give up on the six pack scoop. I think it would look a bit goofy if it was made 5" tall or something. Looking at that motor, I think I'd use a Pro stock type, the aero dynamic one. Not that stupid shoe box "Mopar pro stock" scoop either.  puke That way if the scoop doesn't scare 'em, opening the hood will! Evil

That would take one huge scoop.I ran a setup like that on my duster and with air cleaners on,it stuck way out of the hood but sure did look cool.Had  no scoop.

In reality, Mr. Officer, Sir, would be more than able to give you a ticket for 'obstruction of vision' with that sticking through your hood. I think the limit is 4" but that's a guess on my part. Some folks say that having a passenger gets you out of it, but the passenger isn't driving the car and, in our classic Mopar muscle car style, they don't have a second set of pedals or steering wheel either. (As much as my wife would like that sometimes)  madwife
Personally, I like the cowl set up on my Dart. I prefer the OEM designs, like most, but the 6 pak just doesn't look "right" to me and the Hemi does, but it allows the under hood stuff to get wet and draw in other road debris that just makes cleaning that much more of a chore. I'm alot of things, but not a Chebby fan of any sort. But you have to admit, it does change the dimeanor of the car from mild to nervously scarey:
