horn wire in steering column

I'm trying to get the dart street legal and I need to know what color the wire is in the column for the horn?  I've got it figured out to the relay in the drivers kick panel but there is no wire coming out of the column    help  hopefully going to be a productive weekend.  Got the warlock mufflers to hook up this weekend also.
