Does anyone know for sure if a dash cluster out of a Duster or Demon will fit/work in a 1969 Barracuda?

If it's a rallye cluster, then yes. There won't be a flasher switch and I'd question whether there is a scallop to clear the ignition switch opening, but it should go in.
