I'm looking for a 904 to install in my 65 Dart. It will be mated up to a 360. I'm in the Phoenix area.

You'll need the single pin Neutral Safety switch type. The later 1968+ have the 3 pin I believe. I've got a good 727 out of a 66 with the single pin, but I"m in NJ. Shipping would be tough.

I have a 904 out of a 69 in racine wi & its been sitting scince 1972 but should be rebuilt 100.00$ plus shipping

You might try craigslist.org in your area or moparts.com and see if you can find parts
closer to home. You have 3 drag strips close by so there should be guys with parts
out in the Phoenix area.
Worst case try Valley Auto Parts wrecking yard in Phoenix for a rebuildable 904 trans
and get it rebuilt to fit your needs.

I have a rebuilt 904 that was done for my 65 Dart. It has a shift kit along with the rebuild and includes a fresh torque converter. I went with a race prepped trans instead. I will take $295 for both but I'm located N.E. Ohio. Will try for pics later if interested.
