they will not fit with out moving the springs ... I believe 8" wide is the max with a 4.5 inch offset ... you really need to pull your existing wheels and tires off and do the measuring on your car. These cars were not all the same, because of production tolerances .... I would hate to see you be stuck with a set of wheels that will not fit the car ....

I have these wheels on my RR with 295 50 15's. Larger than 8" wheel with 4.5" BS would be too tight.

I am on the Dodge Charger Forum and have a 69 Charger this question gets asked alot, you should be able to use a 10" wide wheel with a 5.5" backspacing and a tire diameter and width similiar to a 295/50/15 without doing spring or wheelwell mods. The Charger has a lot room in the rear but just like what was said before you should measure to make sure they will fit because production tolerances vary. This summer I plan on using American Racing AR500 wheels with 295/50/15 on the rear and 245/60/15 in the front.

I have a 68 with 18"x10" 4,5" BS. 295/45/18 I have modified the wheel lip and outer inner fender for some extra room, but that is not needed if you go with 5" BS I have 2" clearance to the spring

Back in the day, I had N50-15's on Centerline 8.5 x 15 with a 4 7/8 back spacing. Total clearance and no lip rolling.
