You should install a reese hitch on the front dolly and then you could tow it around with the lawn tractor!!!  Looks good man! I'm gonna have to build me a dolly like that this year.

thanks for all the replys guys. as far as the hood scoops go the reason why they are closer than normal is for air induction reasons. and I relize they are not correct year. I hve a few progress pics to post soon. Thanks
