67 Dart small block. Pretty stock motor, a driver. What have you figured to be the best crank offset angle for the second hit?

Need more info . Cam specs , carb jetting intake , exhaust , RPM range . Will all have to be considered in your effort to achieve complete combustion.
Failing that , you could always experiment by , say 3 deg increments and use the SOPD method.
