just to be sure, this is where the turn signal wiring goes correct? I bought the car w/out turn signals and i am going to have my brother wire back up because of other ignorant non-drivers out there who are way too impatient. Everthing in the steering column is still there just the flashers and under dash wiring is missing.

you might consider purchasing a manual with a wire diagram in it.

Between a wiring diagram and a donor car, for all the plugs and misc' misdimeanors, you'll survive it just fine. To answer your question; the first pic shows the plug that leads to the rear half of the car. This includes the fuel gauge, turn/stop, back-up, marker/lic plate, and trunk lights. The flasher and stop lights wiring needs to go through the turn sig's for proper operation so there is some stuff in between you'll only be able to find via a diagram or donor.
