Mustang 2 Spindle?

I understand the Alterkation uses a Mustang 2 spindle so I thought I would ask this here. Does anyone happen to have a dimension diagram for these spindles? Im looking for overall height, height from bottom to center of spindle, as well as the the amount of setback, as in how much further back is the top ball joint compared to the bottom or is it straight up .
