I believe Jim's reputation is right up there with Layson's. I'd consider Restoration Specialites or Steele Rubber Parts. There are others.

Jim's Auto Parts has a very bad reputation and customer service.

I ordered and piad for the piece of carpet that goes around the A-Body console. Waited two weeks.... then called. The woman that took the call sounded like she was in a cardboard box and at least 80 years old. She informed me, after waiting on hold for 5 minutes that that item had been discontinued. I was not very happy  explode  At least the refund was credited quickly. Would I buy from them in the future?  Eric  4 speed

I have ordered a floor pan, inner fenderwell, from them a few months ago, and just last week new window weatherstripping and window trim clips. Recieved in a few days. I also ordered new window felt, but it is getting drop shipped from somewhere. So far, I have yet to have problems with them or the quality of parts. Althought the shipping prices seem kindof high.

I just ordered plastic/chrome windsheild trim and corner clips from them on Friday. Will keep you informed as to customer service and delivery.

The guy was a real creep to me, I lived two towns over and was working on a Plum Crazy 70 Challenger RT back in 2002 and I went right to the retail store and bought the black out decal for the hood and after having to make an appointment for the guy to open the door, I bought the decal. It wasn't a special order, he had it right in stock. I bought it took it home and the next day brought it to the shop my buddy owns, Granite State Collision. He said hell we can paint that on the hood. I said ok, I just bought it yesterday, I'll take it back. It was never even opened from the tube, and the guy said absolutly no way was he taking it back, I said I just bought it yesterday, he said I don't care if you just bought it an hour ago, you own it. I never went back again. It's to bad because it's not very often you have a mopar retail store 20 minutes from where you live. the guy was a real Lemon head, stay away from him. Dave
