Dude, that is wicked.
About your starter. You may want to take off that plastic adaptor where the cables hook up, because it sticks out it might get in the way. It wouldn't fit on my 383 4-speed combo if I recall. You may be okay on a 360, but I think it would be less complicated without the adaptor. The factory wiring hooks right up where the adaptor used to be.
Seriously though, you better have that weapon at one of the major shows at some point, cause I need to see it in person. Awesome work.

i've always wanted to go to a mopar show! that would be cool! ill let you know if i run into any problems with the wires and starter for the 360. so far though, it doesn't look to be any trouble though. i know that adapter thing comes off, just didn't think i needed to take it off.

welll some how i managed to stuff that 26" radiator in the dart (also out of the challenger) i didn't think it would fit so i thought i was gonna have to notch the radiator on the flanges (no big deal ) but it turns out there is juuuuuuuuuust enough space where the frame has been already notched by the factory near the radiator support for big radiators to fit through...... learned something last night even 4 doors come ready to hold big mills like all you guys have! oh yea thats a picture of the new starter! didn't even have to take the headers off! ON A DART! you'll have to disconnect the tie rods and center link though.

Be really careful with that grille eh? have you ever seen how much those things are to replace? Mine cost about 150 for just the center piece, without parking lights etc.

I have a Fury (I think, haven't measured yet) radiator and I'm pretty sure a stock battery tray... Fits nicely and keeps the 340 pretty cool. Are you hauling mulch with that 318? I think the wagons are too often left stock and a heavy convert deserves heavy iron. Now all you need is the '67 trim/lights and you'll be all set with a goregeous car.

Why heck....After you are all finished with this project, you should start building an AFX Dart next!! Building the AFX will seem like a piece of cake I bet! Nice work man! The advantage you have is that 4-door cars are generally in much nicer shape (from a rust perspective) that the 2-door cars.

I'm also working on the same project like Arillious, but my car is really in the beggining. I was planning making it an AWB, moving the axles forward, even git an axle, put disc brakes on, and it has the proper track width, but I changed my mind and will keep the ex-4 dr just another regular car. May even put the straight axle, but will not move the axles forward. Bunch of hassles I'm not likeky to be thru by now. The shop is really busy and I'm not been able to finish my customers cars, cannot stop them to work on my cars.
