I was looking for a driver for my dart, how hard could it be?
« on: April 17, 2008, 09:24:58 PM »

This might sound funny but I was trying to get somebody to run my 68 Dart for me part of this year and would not believe how hard it was to get a driver.I can only drive it so many races this year and was comited to run more than I could. The car is a very well put together ride everything is fresh.I guess people didn't want to run a car that says WOMANATOR on the sides.Funny thing is one of my sponsors is going to be getting his licence so he will be able to run it.An old drag racer he is.Marv

Where are you going to work for two weeks and what will you be doing.
You would think that all kinds of people would jump at the chance of driving a drag car Dunno
By the way what does Womanator mean?

If you were closer I would have no problem driving a wheelstanding Dart, I never turn down a chance to race, win or lose, I always have a good time, hell I even smile when something blows up!! John

You cant believe how hard it is to find a car to drive. Mine is down and I know of at least three cars that never see the strip but once or twice a year. I could not convince anyone to let me drive if I payed for the expenses and slpit the winning with them.
