11" Disc rotor interchangeability ?

I have a set of the larger 11 3/4" disc brake pin type caliper brackets from a b body.  My question is can I use the later 11 3/4" rotors that used the slider type calipers?  They seem to be cheaper and have more brands available than the pin type.

Yes, the rotors are the same.

I did for exactly that same reason. I couldn't find Semi-metallic pads for the pin type. So now they, and their mounting brackets, clutter up my garage shelf.
