I have a 69 Dart, but Bill's template does not seem to line up for an opening like original cars. Looking at old photos of original cars, it appears the top of the wheel opening should be about 1 1/2 inches below the "middle" character line that runs the length of the car, through the sidemarker. But the template (at least on my 69) puts the wheel opening top almost right on the character line, which is too high. I thought 68 69 quarters were the same.
Has anyone used the template on a 69, and what am I doing wrong (I left voicemail for Bill, thought some of you might know)
