Should work but I haven't tried it myself yet. I have used those Edelbrock gaskets. Be sure everything is super clean before you remove them from the package. The gaskets are coated with a sticky coating that picks up any dirt and traps it. So have the motor clean and ready to go and wash your hands before you open up the package. I made the mistake of doing a trial assembly and got some junk stuck to the gaskets.
Oh, and Edelbrock needs to enlarge the tooling pin that makes the dowel pin holes in the gaskets since they won't go on. Some tool and die maker screwed up and made the die a little too small.

sounds like a "MLS" gasket... (Multi Layer Shim) like Cometics only with out the sticky stuff.

They are not. They are regular composite gaskets, like the cheapo fel pros, but with a sticky surface. The two sets of the first batch of Stealth heads I have in the garage are similar from the chambers. I have tried each and every gasket I have got my hands in to, and evryone of them hang over the chamber heads, similarily in each head (but not similarily in each chamber, and some chambers are actually ok, and all the castings are the same, similar problems in the same chambers of each head). I have currently one pair being welded, since this set will be used in a blower engine, I don't want any overhang anywhere.
