I've got a pair from AAR - unfinished, undrilled, untouched. $125 ea. + shipping. There are spots on each that appear to have black primer over the gelcoat. I don't know what that's all about unless they do some finish work on them after pulling from the molds.
The shipping to Canada would probably suck (from Washington state).
