Bill, how much do your strut rods losen up the front end travel?  Between your uppers and strut rods with heims, I bet the front end travels very smoothly.  Am I right in assuming that?

its amazing how easy the travel is with the strut rods and heim joint on the upper arms.  a friend has that set up on his road runner, i couldn't believe it.

It does really loosen it up. The old strut rod bushings are a really terrible as a pivot point.

Stupid question, does torsion bars have to be removed to install these?

Thanks

You have to pull the bars to remove the old struts for sure unless you cut them.Thats a bad idea because they are hard to find originals. Thanks Bill Ill be looking for them.My right side always seemed to move on bumps.Wonder if the sleeve was gone from it like the left side.Bill forgot to ask are you going to be at Carlisle?Rocky

Yea, I don't miss Carlisle. I have the midway spaces, but we also have some swap spaces down below, so we camp on site thursday morning to sunday. It's about my favorite weekend of the year.

Yea, stop by. In the day I'm up in the midway, and at 5 or 6 we go down to the swap meet spaces and open the cooler Smiley
