Looks very good.

What type of headers are you using. Are they the Hookers that came out of the box behind the engine?

front fenders are next.. body work in general is bad enough, but man the inside of fenders is twice as bad!! now i know why everyone blast these things. i sand blasted the front valance, and hood springs. i just don't like blasting anything with inside panels, hard to get all of media out. got to keep moviated to get the fenders done so i can put the engine back in..and this site has helped to keep me moviated..thanks

this car has not been correct since the 70's. a lot has been changed. it would be hard to put back now. but thats ok with me ,since i most likely will never sell it. but now with that said, do you have a pic.of what is correct on the blackout on the cowl. i do like blackout area's. well i have got 1 fender cleaned, rust stop on the surface rust, and primered inside and out. well one coat anyway.

ok, now i have both fenders preped and primed. next will paint the inside, and trim. now, would you leave the outside primed,or go ahead and paint it all. then put them on,tape them up,and then paint the rest of the car. no work has been done yet to the rest of the car. my thought was, put the engine in, then put on the fenders, then paint the rest of the car. keep in mind that i will have to move the car to paint it elsewhere. open to opinions . all of you guys that have a shop at home don't know how lucky you are!!
