After having trouble with the stock studs and Convo Pro's on my dart I followed some of your advice and bought some 3" ARP studs and open lugs. Now, do I really need to have these pressed in? Can I just pound them in with a hammer or what? I am a carpenter.. Thanks Wayne

no, dont pound them. they will NOT go in straight...besides, theres an easier way.
get a stack of lug washers/other large flat washers. feed the wheel stud through the hole as far as it will go, then use a lug nut on top of a stack of washers to PULL the stud into the seat. Ive done it more than a few times and never had an issue.
oh and dont overpull them as you can stretch them...its not easy, but it can happen. just seat them real good and stop
