thanks guys The bumper sticker is covering the bumper bolt, one of the past owners over tightened and pulled the bolt in a good 1/2 ", I will be replacing the bumper or sticker before she hits the road.

Nice Dash!! Did you make it yourself or buy? I wanted to order a RockyMountain Dash, but he must be out, he hasn't answered my pm, and now I see they are closed for good. If you made it, wanna make another for a 70?  Looks awesome!

The tires are 28x13.5x15 M/T ET street, I wish now I would of went with 30", I made the dash plate myself, turned out good.
