I sometimes have to travel between the factories at work and while doing so I spotted a Scamp for sale about 2 minutes from my job. It was really REALLY clean. I stopped to check it out and it looked pretty much all original. Paint, vinyl top, wheel covers etc.etc. I look at the sign in the window and the price was $6,800  It also said 12,000 original miles. 12,000!?! Slant six and a few things done to it. I guess it was someones grandmothers car or something. Like I said, really clean. I'll try to get pictures. |
