Hi fellas- I need a power steering pump pulley for a Chrysler/Federal style power steering pump. I used a backhoe and a length of chain to pull my donor engine out of an untowable 69 Newport that was rotting in a field, and the power steering pump pulley got bent in the process (wonder why? ). I tried to use the keyed pulley off my late model saginaw pump, but it is too loose. I found this one online that I think might work, but the price is pretty steep. http://www.jegs.com/i/March+Performance/655/532/10002/-1/757864%7C10223Anyways, thanks for any help! -Jay

Is it for a federal pump? These pulleys have no keyway in them They are a press fit. Does it run true or is it slightly bent? Let me know what you have and thanks for your reply. Smitty has been kind enough to look for me, but has not been able to find his yet. -Jay

MAKE SURE you get a pulley from the same type of motor as well as the pump. Some of those federal pump pulleys aren't solid; they have like spokes to the center, and different motors had that center part bent in different amounts to make the pulley align with the pulleys on that particular motor. I've been down this road - tried to use a slant 6 federal pulley on a small block and the belt grooves would not line up.
