Need a source for a plate for a Hemi....and not a POS chrome plate. I need something that does not leak.

Aluminum, polished....I have never tried that ...but the polished part of it is what makes me think. For many years I have not liked chrome because it never seals. Just wondering how a polished aluminum piece would be.

Along with the new plate I will inquire as to a good sealant.....
anyone have any experience or suggestions?

Use "the right stuff" from permatex and nevermind the POS paper gasket

The CSR billet aluminum one for Chevy big blocks fits a big Mopar perfectly. Nice part too.

Thanks...had to grind the left side a bit to get it to fit. But so far so good....no leaks. I liked the block side that was machined finished. Less chance of leaking
