Working on nephews car,72 duster, 440.Changed rear springs to 002/003,now rear hanger(shackle)facing wrong direction, looks like spring has too much arch.Looks like top hanger mounting bracket on rear of car needs to move forward(towards front of car)to correct hanger angle.has any one had this problems and how did you fix it?springs are in stock location.

My Duster had the same problem with SS springs. I used 3/4" spacers that I made out of aluminum plate. Unbolt the rear hangers re-install with longer bolts. Problem solved.

You don't quit playing because you get old. You get old because you quit playing.
