New Brake Rotor install help!

When changing brake rotors I have been told the rotor and the hub need separating.

Is this difficult and what may be the issues?

thats right,  but its pretty easy to do,  you gotta punch the wheel studs out first

If you use the punchout method, try using a heavy brass hammer so you don't get a chip flying off into your eye. Using a steel hammer, that can happen. It's also a good idea to wear eye protection using either hammer.

That depends on whether the rotor/hub are one piece or two.........
