Jegs sells the bracket that holds the throttle cable and the kickdown. It bolts to the back hole of the carb base. Check Jegs under.....fuel and induction....go to throttle cable....look at Spectre.....I have that one on my Holley and it works fine.

Scored mine from Summit. Made by Lokar ? Worked great on my 750 Holley. Also picked up their Throttle and kickdown cable as well. $ not bad , and simple hook up. Good luck with it.

Lokar is the bomb may need to modify the gas pedal rod also. Mine bottomed out before full throttle.

I got the Lokar cables from Mancini Racing. I have a Holley 870 carb and a 727 trans on smallblock. The cables went in really slick. I will take some pictures tomorrow. You have to cut the outer jacket of cable to right length. A cutoff wheel on a dremel diegrinder worked really good.

Same here... Had to bent the pedal rod backward (out) about 1".

Here is a pic of a 360 with holley 750 4 barrel with the factory "style" kick down. The slider has to be altered so it applies sooner than it would stock. I can see about getting better pics if you need. I used a small nut and bolt to get the distance right on the slider then marked it, welded it, and ground it out with a die grinder until it was where I needed it.

what is it you really need? just how it's set up, or do you need the brackets that mount to the intake. on most holleys, the throttle linkage is on the inside (carb side) of the bracket on the carb, the kick down linkage is on the other side of the bracket (away from carb) then there is usually a washer and a pin to hold it in place on the "rod", then from there the return springs going out, the ones going both ways, one for the kickdown (going towards the firewall) and the ones for the throttle, towards front of car.
