NewB Mini-Tub Pics
« on: May 21, 2008, 11:41:28 PM »

Decided to quit worrying about it and get to work!
Took a deep breath, read the tech pages and a few others.
Started cutting.
I'm not a body man by any stretch......

Props to my wife for putting up with the noise even though she has the flu!!!!!!!!

Feel free to voice any concerns or give any tips.

Measured

Started cutting and drilling spot welds

Used drill holes for reference

Got it out and cleaned up cut lines

Bent tabs over for welding

Got it pre fit for 2 3/4 inch addition

Left seat tab for mounting seat in stock location

Will start welding in a couple of days

Thanks!
Progress is slow because of work and kids.
I was hoping to get it on the road this spring but the taxman set
me back a few months.
Still have lots to do and not alot of funds to do it with.

Whats with the yellow rear diff? Personally I'd be pissed if somebody painted my car and painted the diff.

Thanks for the extra pics... Every little bit helps!
The diff is yellow because it is still a mock-up.
The trunk will have a cell in it and the bottom will
be rock guard used on truck beds.
