I'm happy with the hood I got from them but it was hell to get anyone on the phone. Their glass is top notch. With that said, I guess if they cant find the time to answer the phone or respond to emails they really dont want your business. I've heard good things about Glasstek.

Well I've had 2 hood from Glasstek and was happy with both. They answer the phone, take your order and deliver it when they say they will. The both fit nice.

Hood fit great. But same thing. Left them a message to place an order, but they did call me back a few hours later.

My AAR hood arrived about a week and a half ago. The product is great. I was able to get a person on the phone when I called.
The only thing that bugged me a LITTLE was that they said it would ship in 4-6 weeks, but they chaged my credit card right away. I guess it doesn't bother me, as long as I got the hood, it was in great shape, and it needs very little work. Some filler primer and blocking out, and it'll be fine.
