Nice scheme, it really is tied together by the stripe and the colors' similarities.

I think some Dog Dishes would set that car off. I've seen painted Ralleye Rims, as strange as it may sound, I think they would give it some "cool", some "weird", and some "stock", especially with Dog Dishes. (maybe minus the last thing) The car I saw them on was a stock mid 'Cuda, they just didn't look right on it...

I think some stock steel wheels painted flat black with a red stripe on that bulge where the dog dishes would attach to would look pretty cool

Hello: VERY...VERY....VERY...NICE your color choice is great....I once had a 64 hardtop 273 4 speed...red with black stripe....my first wife destroyed it by flipping it over. Notice..I said first.

Wow, that's looking real good... REAL GOOD! My vote would be for those wheels done in charcoal gray. Would tie in real nice with the upper color...

The dolly was the paint guys not mine, but it just looked like some 2"x10" or 12" screwed together with 4 casters on it. Sorry if my wording was confusing, i got it back from the paint guy, and into my garage was what i meant. I wish i could take credit for it but can't . Doing bodywork was almost the end of my project several times, i just dont enjoy it and would get all bummed out. so i decided to just take it somewhere instead of quiting all together. I was only responsible for the colors, which im still decideing if i like the red or not, it is way brighter then i anticipated and almost orangeish but i think its growing on me.

Don't sweat the red/orange stripe. "Pops" real nice against the other two colors. Another nice touch would be a professionally painted pinstripe on the hood, done in the same red/orange...

the matching red/orange pin striping around the hood scoop would really highlight the scoop and it would also tie the hood in with the rest of the car. Are you going to put all of the stock chrome bumpers and trim back on the car, or are you going to "de-chrome" it? Richard

Yeah i was actually thinking the same thing on the hood to break up the two colors, but on the other hand i kind of like the effect you get with out it. In certain light you can't tell if the car is all black or two tone, it kind of fources you to do a double take. (would probably be kind of hard to get a picture of) Anyways, i think the pin stripe might lose that effect.as far as the cheese "trim" goes i lost it all except for the spear around the stripe. All the holes are filled. there was a bunch of it on the hood, rocker, deck lid, everywhere. The back up lights are gone too. Im still undecided on the bumpers and grill, i was thinking about maybe trying to lose the bezels to but it probably wouldnt look rite. maybe ill paint them or something so they kind of blend. Mayber even a grill kind of like this one, the billet look. i I dont know i'll figure it out when i get there though. thanks for the ideas and insight. Couldn't have done it without oh yeah and oh and dont forget

Any ideas on where to get some decent priced wheels? Most places want some pretty good money for American Racing maybe i can find some knock offs.
