What kind of system

Are 1972 Dodge Darts with stock electronic ignition 12 volt negative or 12 volt positive ground systems?  What is the difference?  I noticed this while reading a manual for my timing light.

12 volt negative ground ...

the difference is which lead of the battery you hook to the body.  a negative ground system hooks the neg terminal to the body, and a positive ground system hooks the positive to the body

I believe the last time an American car used positive ground was in the mid-50s.
