I tried installing my SS spring front hangars and the bottom bolts are not wide enough like my stock hangars. It looks like they put the wrong springs in the box. What kind of application do you guys think they are for.

Well I just talked to Mancini Racing and apparently good ole Ma MP made a bach of wrong front spring hangars and it looks like I got one of them. I just called Sumitt Racing and put in an order.

You can't use your original hangers? They appear to be in good shape, just a little clean and paint.

No. The ss springs are shorter so they need a longer front hangar.

I did that. Mopar made a bad batch of hangars and it looks like I got one. I ordered a set from Sumitt and I installed them already.

I will be taking a set off a 1970 Plymouth RoadRunner 440 6 Pack car this weekend to install the original style springs. If you have not already paid for and received yours send me a pvt msg and I will ask the owner what he wants for them. I will recomend to him 50% of new price, shipping included in that. The springs and hangers look very new. This is a Barrett Jackson $73,000. all original car. That is really a 35 grand car. Don't get me wrong it is a numbers matching car, 833, 440 6 pack air grabber, bucket, console, nice car. However it was a race car put back close to original with some work then run across the auction. My freind is a Chevy guy, I told him never buy a Mopar without a Mopar guy with you, anyways I am helping him fix the stuff that isn't right. Beep beep out.

I got the car back together, I have the hangers and proper length u-bolts if you still need them, let me know. He will just stick them in a pile in his (car wharehouse) and his kids will try and do something with them when he dies in another 20 years. Beep Beep
