Starting a new project.I'm thinking about putting a 4-speed in a 74 scamp but need to know which flywheel I'llneed to put the 4-speed behind a internally balanced 383 or 440.Any help would be great.

Assuming a 6 bolt crank, any 130 tooth, internally/neutral balanced flywheel will work.

Remember if you are running a stock bellhousing then you will need to match the flywheel with the bellhousing. The 10.5 and 10.95 130 tooth flywheels require a different bellhoousing than an 11 inch 143 tooth flywheel.
The lakewood scattershield can use either flywheel.
Mcleod has aluminum flywheels on clearance for $200. on e-bay.
