The 67 FSM does not list a minimum, just a dimension of .810. It does show a minimum thickness for the b-body rotor. This might indicate that they did not recommend turning the K-H rotor, but the manual does not mention this.

Does that mean you can't turn the K-H rotors. I'm looking at a setup with rotors that measure 776 and 775. That still seems fairly thick to me

Like I said the manual doesn't address it. I don't remember if the rotors have a min. thickness cast into them, but I've got a few sets I could look at. I'd probably run those, but not turn them again. What I've been doing for a few years now is to bead blast the rotors if they aren't warped or grooved. This gives a nice surface without removing any metal. I'm planning on installing one of my sets on my GTS, but I've got some new rotors in the garage for that.

I just checked a couple of other manuals. They state to replace the disc if runout is excessive. None give a minimum thickness, again indicating that .810 is as delivered and min.

Rotors are available new 15/ea, spindles are the really hard part. Hub is not included, so if you can get that as well you should be okay, I'd think.
