I originally designed it as a street/handling type of system, but I'm getting an increasing number of calls that's it's performing far better than leaf springs on a drag strip. It will not perform as well on the strip as a true 4-link or ladder bars, but in a mixed-use type of car, it's a good solution for all-around performance without all the fab work.

Those who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those of us who are doing it.

Not really - any kit I could come up with would essentially be the same as all the universal ones on the market, so it wouldn't really save anything. You shouldn't have to cut anything with a ladderbar kit though, it should all fit under the floor, although there's a bit more welding involved, maybe a touch of trimming here and there.

In the past one of my buddies had a Volare roadrunner with ladder bars and floaters. Car hooked like an animal. The only welding was the crossmamber for the front of the bars and the brackets on the housing. NO cutting. Another friend had a 69 roadrunner with ladder bars and coilovers. That was SLIGHTLY more work, but still, not a back half....

It takes a Mopar to catch a Mopar.

I don't see anything on RMS website about it yet. From another post (Abody Joe's - I think) it looks like a GREAT setup. I'd like to learn more about it (pricing, installation instructions, etc.)

I have info I could email if you drop me a line. I'm going to change the RMS site in a few days, so it'll be up there after the change...
