I think it's a great idea. If you could pick a place in the area of say Carlisle, a lot of MD folks could come too. I'm willing to drive my Fury 150 miles or so. If some one close to me can't run those 489 gears that far they can leave the racer home and ride with me. What about a place like Ocean City Md or Atlantic City NJ. There are plenty of parks. I don't know the rules on adult beverages. Toss the idea around and see what comes up, Joe.

I'm liking the title of the party. Lets kick some ideas around people.  Those destinations sound good. Maybe we could find a big park or something along those places with an area to BBQ and have a nice turnout of old hot metal. just give me a month or month or so to get the dart back together  enough and registered to make that trip. I'm out in levittown pa right outside the burlington bristol bridge or right outside trenton..... maybe another idea would be new hope or a similar quiet area and get enough people and make a two day thing out of it so we can have fun and games at a hotel with a bar.....mmmmmmmm beer  .... just not driving the dart after drinking thats how it got wrecked the first time  . Lesson learned.... |

Pedals, tell him I'll try to get my uncle to bring his 69 AMX. He bought it new and still has it. It's red with black interior, 390 4spd. Correct #'s mean nothing to him so many years ago he put 70 buckets and door panels in it. The last time I talked with him he was going to order new seat belts from J.C. Whitney. He hasn't driven it in years because the drivers seat belt broke. I'm afraid to ask him to sell it. He might say OK and I don't have that kind of money on hand, Joe.

awesome....ac is sounding better and better....over the week i will look into the places for ideas....or if anyone knows of anywhere they have had an awesome experience with that would be considered.... |

He only lives about 20 miles or so away, maybe someday we'll all meet! I raced at Atco years ago when I lived in the Garden State, I always loved the fact they never closed for the winter, Is that still true? Racing all year was awsome!

I have an acre of ground around my house that is nice and flat. People could park a ton of cars and pitch tents if they wanted too. About 5 miles off Rt. 81 in Maryland. Exit #1. Plenty of room to set up grills and could drink without having to drive. Be happy to offer it up for a end of summer party. Jus lemme know  Chris |
