i have a idea for a web site and was wondering whats a good web design programe thats verry user frendly

share point if you have a loooot of patience,
someone with no experience can design a web page with it, that's what we use here, I haven't done it, but I can get my SGT to tell you about it when he gets back if you'd like (it might not be til Friday morning though)
