Looking for cam suggestions. Car is being built for bracket racing with some street driving. - 413 - - 4.185 bore (verified) - true flat top pistons .060 below deck (verified) - 324 heads, stock 2.08 I / 1.60 E (75-76 cc ??) - stock rockers and shafts - .020 steel shim gasket, (had .040 felpro) - 1 7/8 headers w/ 3 in. collectors - TM7 intake, undesided on carb yet, 750 ?? (any suggestions) This should be close to 10:1, right? depending on actual cc of heads Going in my 74 Scamp, I figure 3400 lbs 2800 Stall 3.23 gears 26 in rear tire The only reason I want to change the cam is because I have no idea what is in it other than "stock regrind" ![\/][](http://www.bigblockdart.com/Smileys/classic/finger020.gif) and I have a feeling that it will lay down before 4000 RPM's

Comp's XE274H would work great in that engine. Use a good spring, but nothing too heavy...you ARE using stock rockers! Brian

I have had good results with Comps deh275, but there are other good grinds The XE 268H would work too. Both pretty mild but a good step up from stock.

If you have the money, get the crane ductile iron rockers. The ratio's are more accurate and you won't punch a pushrod through the cup.
